- This means Koala Bay collects UK VAT at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Orders over £135 (VAT and duties payable on delivery – DAP)
- Orders exceeding £135 are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
- In this case, import VAT and possible customs duties are charged by UK customs when the parcel arrives.
- FEDEX may contact you to arrange payment before delivery.
